Needle Valves forged valve manifolds are specially designed Needle Valves for operation with most of the Fluids up to 6000 psi (414 bar) and on special request up to 15,000 psi (1035 bar) ratings. These valves are complete with PTFE gland packing or with Graphoil gland packing (For high temperature applications). Placing the gland packing below the stem thread ensures that the process does not get in contact with the Stem threads.
Our range of manifold valves includes 2-way, 3 way and 5-way manifold valves, made of stainless steel, carbon steel and duplex stainless steel available in various specifications and configurations. These are functionally installed to control, measure, isolate, equalize, calibrate, drain, vent or differentiate the pressure of liquids and gases. Valve manifolds series offer 2, 3 and 5 valves configurations which come in remote mounting ‘r’ type (pipe to pipe), and direct mounting ‘t’ & ‘h’ type (pipe to flange & flange to flange) onto the instrument on 2-1/8” (54mm) center.

Monoflange valves are used as an alternative to multiple valve systems. The monoflange consists of a vent hole, a block valve and a bleed valve. They are designed specifically to provide installation for instruments such as transmitter and gauge. Monoflange valve enables the shutting off and venting of pressure measuring instruments. They function like traditional valves, but are particularly compact and also suitable for processes involving aggressive substances. There are two series of monoflange valves; they are process monoflange and instrument monoflange.

A check valve is basically a one-way valve, in which the flow can run freely one way, but if the flow turns the valve will close to protect the piping, other valves, pumps etc.
Leak-free, tight sealing, protection against reverse flow and minimal flow direction changes are at the core of flowserve check valve designs.
Available in high grade stainless steel, brass, etc. In sizes from 1/8” to 1” with pressure rating of up to 5000 psi and fixed cracking pressure ranging from 1/3 to 25 psi or as per client requirements in variety of end connections. Each valve is 100% factory tested for both crack and reseal. All of our check valves are 100% factory tested in accordance with bs en 12266-1.
